In this context, LE REJALLANT EURL, ADDGUESTS LTD and CAMPINGS.COM SAS are joint controllers for the processing of Users' Personal Data. CAMPINGS.COM SAS has designated a Data Protection Officer.
ADDGUESTS LTD complies with the General Data Protection Regulation, known as "GDPR," and the Data Protection Act 2018, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
EURL LE REJALLANT and CAMPINGS.COM SAS undertake to comply with the GDPR and the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as "Informatique et Libertés." These laws will be collectively referred to as "Applicable Regulations").

- If the Customer is an employee of a partner social and economic committee: company name and identifier.
CAMPINGS.COM SAS may collect the following Personal Data:
- Contact data of the customer or customers: telephone, postal address, electronic address;
- Identification data of the customer or customers, as well as of the other participants in the stay whose data would have been communicated to them by the customer(s) to make a Reservation: civil status, family situation;
- Billing data: payment method (bank card, holiday vouchers, or gift cards), Reservation and payment date, Reservation amount;
- If the Customer is a beneficiary and receives family holiday assistance from the CAF (Family Allowance Fund): beneficiary number;
- Where applicable, telephone conversation with a User who called CAMPINGS.COM SAS, if the User did not object.
Users must provide EURL LE REJALLANT, ADDGUESTS LTD and CAMPINGS.COM SAS with their Personal Data, as well as that of the stay participants, accurately, sincerely, and truthfully.
- PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
The data collected by EURL LE REJALLANT, ADDGUESTS LTD are used in the context of the processing, execution, and monitoring of the User's order. The Personal Data is collected and processed based on the contract concluded between the User and EURL LE REJALLANT, as well as for the distribution and accounting and financial management mission of ADDGUESTS LTD and CAMPINGS.COM Reservations.
The data collected by CAMPINGS.COM SAS are used in the context of:
- The processing, execution, and monitoring of the User's Order, based on its legitimate interest in providing services on behalf of ADDGUESTS LTD and EURL LE REJALLANT, and notably for the following purposes:
- Creation and management, access, and use of the User's account, if the User has created an account;
- Processing of User requests and reservations;
- Invoicing on behalf of EURL LE REJALLANT;
- Monitoring the execution and proper execution of the order;
- In the context of managing prospects and Users, Personal Data is collected and processed based on the User's consent, for the following reasons:

- TRANSFER OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA
EURL LE REJALLANT, ADDGUESTS LTD and CAMPINGS.COM SAS may transmit Users' Personal Data to several recipients, including:
- To collaborators of ADDGUESTS LTD (located in the United Kingdom, which has an adequacy decision guaranteeing an adequate level of data protection) and CAMPINGS.COM SAS whose intervention is necessary for the performance of services or the monitoring of customer relations (marketing and sales department);

- Zendesk, which is the publisher of the assistance and customer support solution used by CAMPINGS.COM SAS. As such, Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, notably the United States. To guarantee the protection of Personal Data, CAMPINGS.COM implements standard contractual clauses of the European Commission;
- SMILE, which manages customer support on behalf of CAMPINGS.COM SAS. As such, Personal Data may be transferred to Tunisia. To guarantee the protection of Personal Data, CAMPINGS.COM implements standard contractual clauses of the European Commission;
- EMARSYS, which is the email sending provider for CAMPINGS.COM SAS, located within the European Union;
- Trust Pilot, which collects User reviews, located within the European Union;
- Spot-Hit, which is the SMS sending provider, and whose servers are located within the European Union;
- The payment providers of CAMPINGS.COM SAS, such as Paypal, if the User holds an account with this company, or Ayden, Verifone, whose servers are located within the European Union.
Each of the interveners, responsible for processing data on behalf of EURL LE REJALLANT CAMPINGS.COM SAS and ADDGUESTS LTD, provides sufficient guarantees to meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
EURL LE REJALLANT, ADDGUESTS LTD and CAMPINGS.COM SAS undertake not to communicate, assign, or transfer Personal Data to third parties without the consent of the Users, except in the case where they should be communicated to judicial and administrative authorities upon legal requisition.

In accordance with the Applicable Regulations, Users, as well as the other participants in the stay subject to the Reservation, can exercise the following rights over the Personal Data concerning them, under the conditions and limits provided for by the Applicable Regulations:

- Right to data portability;
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, when it was given to CAMPINGS.COM, it being specified that all previous processing of Personal Data will remain lawful;
- Right for the customer to communicate their directives relating to the retention, erasure, and communication of their Personal Data after their death;
- Lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the Information Commissioner Officer in the United Kingdom, or the data protection authority of their country.

Unless legal provisions impose a specific retention period, CAMPINGS.COM SAS and EURL LE REJALLANT retain Users' Personal Data:

- Up to 3 years from the last contact since the use of the contact form;
- Up to 3 years from the date the review was posted online or until the review is withdrawn from the Site;
- For the customer account, up to 2 years from its inactivity.
Data necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (proof, payment, etc.) is retained in accordance with the provisions in force and according to applicable local law.
